OMFG TEH PIZZA!!
I like to think of myself as a pizza fan. Ever since I first saw Mikey eating some ‘za while on his Cheapskate, I have LOVED pizza. And being from Chicago, I have seen it all. Or so I thought.
Broiled pizza. Yes. Broiled. Pizza. This is the day that the Lord has made.

Gil, Have you tried this? Lately, I’ve been trying to perfect my pizza dough recipe, so this is interesting to me. I suppose I could turn the cast-iron skillet right side up and shoot for a Giordano’s deep-dish style pizza. Could be messy, but I’ll give it a shot.

I have yet to try this out, but I drool about this everytime I eat pizza now. Anything for a Giordano’s stuffed pizza is worth the trouble.

Amazing! The fact that you only cook for 1.3 minutes is awesome.
