So I tried making a playlist with the new iTunes Genius feature, and after 20 attempts and no recognizing of any tracks (granted they were Nintendo music tracks) it finally came through with one based on The Sea & Cake – Afternoon Speaker. Out of four times in my miserable life that something has been ordered from Puma.com, there have been four returns. And all four are a pain in the ass. You can return to the retail store, if you want credit and not your money back. If you wanted to exchange something, like say a sweater that fits one size too big, you can’t. You have to send it back, rebuy the sweater in another size, wait 4-6 weeks for them to credit your card/refund you and all the while hope they even received your package because they won’t tell you shit until its been four weeks. Whats worse, when the new sweater comes, its doesn’t fit right either, so one has to wait ANOTHER 4-6 weeks to be credited back. They mail from Massachusetts, you return it to California, and the customer service is in New Jersey. Its like a shady startup business. Puma, get your shit together. Oh, and bring back the navy/white Roma Pigskins PS already.
